When you photograph weddings at the same venue over and over, knowing where to take pictures during specific times of the day is like reading the back of your hand. It’s all about chasing good light, let me explain…

The below photos were all taken with flash, but not flash on a camera, creative off camera flash…. The below oak tree formal portraits absolutely needed flash to make it look like beautiful evening light instead of mid summer and mid day light. -Shh… a little secret, the oak tree photos are double exposures with my assistant visibly in the picture and removed in Photoshop.
