Stonebrae the Secret Wedding Venue
The best kept secret in wedding venues of 2016 was a perfect place to have a halloween themed wedding, Kelly and Brians wedding was so elegant and so much fun!
I had my crew of photographers begin the day photographing the guys as they set up wedding decorations at Stonebrae in the Hayward Hills. Going into the day I knew there was going to be a Halloween theme of some sort, but I had no idea how many elegant touches would fill this place.
I photographed the bride and bridesmaids getting ready at their hotel and left a few minutes before they would arrive at the venue. Everywhere I looked there was a table set up with some sort of classy touch that hinted that this wedding was going to be festive.
What made this wedding so special was the million dollar view and the ceremony beginning minutes before sunset, the vista became warm and inviting to view as the sun crossed the horizon.
I knew I had my work cut out for me being that the bride and groom were seeing each other for the first time at the altar, I literally had minutes to make a few bride and groom portraits at dusk.
I was thrilled with the portraits my team and I made, photographing at sunset lends towards my favorite style of portraiture of capturing deep saturated colors.
Kelly and Brian had a great group of friends and family, they knew how to party!
Linnae Asiel centerpieces and flower arrangements were elegantly themed.
I love when a wedding comes together and my team is supporting one another, we produce some amazing creative images.
Maricela did a wonderful job decorating the tables
Pastry chef Fernando Arreola had a lot of detail work on Kelly and brians wedding cake.
I love it when the DeeJay keep the floor going all night, an added bonus was that DJ Tim Malmate's had me going too. What I like about photographing a wedding is knowing you have all of your must have photos in the bag and your favorite music carries you through the rest of the evening, making me two stepping around the dance floor I might add..
